美章沉寂了一段时间，实在是失职了，呵呵！
今天分享一枚美国国会山奠基纪念章，1987年MACO出品，由美国国会山历史协会授权。
章的正面为国会山，环绕有三圈的文字为美国联邦宪法的序言:
"
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the commondefense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. ”大意为“我们合众国人民，为建立更完善的联盟，树立正义，保障国内安宁，提供共同防务，促进公共福利，并使我们自己和后代得享自由的幸福，特为美利坚合众国制定本宪法。”美国总统奥巴马于2011年9月1日所推行的一个请愿网站的名字也叫“We the people"章的背面右下方标有国会山于1793年奠基。
